Terms of Service

When you commission me it counts as an agreement to my terms of service. No one is excluded from the terms of service even if you did not read it. Commissions are not first come first serve. I reserve the right to choose

General:
Please DO NOT ask me to copy someone else’s style.
I am okay with artistic freedom, but work much better with some direction.
Some sort of reference sheet is required for commissioning. (Unless you are commissioning a ref sheet)
I reserve the right to reject commissions. I will not draw something that makes me uncomfortable.
Commissioner CAN NOT ask another artist to edit or complete commissioned art pieces.
If the commission has not been started character changes are allowed.

Payment & Refund Policy:
Payment must be paid through invoices that I will send out and in USD (American Dollars). Any other currency will NOT be accepted.
Payment must be made in FULL.
Paypal ONLY.
Must be 18 years and older.
Once your commission is sketched and approved there is NO refund.
If your commission has not been started then you may have a full refund.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission if need be.
Usage:
I reserve all right to upload all commissioned piece(s) to the galleries of my choice. If you’d rather me not upload them and keep them private, please specify before the commission is completed.
The Commissioner can repost their commission wherever they like as long as credit is given.
What I WON’T draw:
Cub/underage characters in NSFW setting
Humans
Beastialty/Feral NSFW
Mecha
Some fetishes(scat, diaper, etc)
Extreme gore
Hate art such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, etc.
What I will draw:
Ferals or anthro
Mild blood/gore
NSFW (Extra charge)
Minor drug themes
Some fetishes such as maws, breeding, paws, etc (Please ask for more details)
